Skyline blade hitting backspacer?

This only happens in a couple of the Skylines I have (and I have a lot), but I was curious if anyone else noticed it and/or knew if it was something I could fix. I know the stop pin sits on the liner when closed, but I was curious if perhaps there was an alignment thing I should be checking out.

Any ideas would be helpful. I'm going to try some stuff tonight, I got some extra Skyline parts from Kershaw and maybe a different backspacer would help.
 
My oldest regular skyline hits the backspacer. Its almost like the detent hole is very slightly to large and allows some play with the detent ball. There is some minor play when its closed, other than that still flips perfectly.
