What's up everyone. For those of you that saw my pocket clip mod and had such kind words, here is another mod done to this knife. If you missed the first one, there is a link to it in the mod #2 post.

Kershaw Skyline mod #2 - back spacers

I am doing these mods to try and encourage people to make a knife their own, with what you already have. We have all seen the fancy add-ons from pro makers and high end custom jobs, admiring each one but just unable to justify spending the money. I don't have any specialized equipment, years of experiance, or loads of money. I just love to tinker with things, and make do with what I have. I am going to be doing more mods still to this knife, all in the spirit of DIY and not break the bank. I will do my best to document my work and try to present it in a helpful, follow-along kind of way for the average knife user.

Do you have a knife mod you have done or an idea for one? If so, let's see it! If you have an idea, I would love to try it out and do a write up if you are unable to.

Cheers-

Very nice.

In my opinion all you need to do is pick you out some stabilized wood you like for some scales and you'll have one very classy knife.

I don't know how I ended up posting here, I meant this for the actual thread in you link. Chalk it up to being interepted 5-6 time before I could finish the post. :o
