Skyline Pivot Removal

First post…I've lurked for awhile.

I recently picked up a few skylines and am looking to modify one with carbon fiber scales. The question I have for the forum is to do with the pivot section of the knife under the clip. Is this piece easily removed from the scale once disassembled?

I don’t have the knife apart in-front of me however if memory serves me correct the pivot pin is round and the scale looked to be a hex?

Is this pin difficult to remove or is it just a press fit into the scale? I tried a search but was unable to find an answer. Sorry for the noob question and if I haven’t used the correct terminology.

It shouldn't be to hard to remove. I might be a little snug but shouldn't be stuck or super loose. Once you get the torx screw out, you should be able to just push and it will pop out.
