The only thing mine gets to eat is lake catfish, bream, crappie and large mouth bass. I do cut open the bag of corn meal with it but once they are cooked you don't need a knife anymore!

I wonder if the pro-duck comments were in jest. If so, I hope they're coming from strict vegans who wear bamboo shoes (rather than leather).

I'm guessing they were in jest, but anti-hunting sentiment burns me up when it comes from folks who pay others to kill the animals they eat/utilize.

Entirely in jest, I currently have hunting licenses from 3 states. I have never really been a fan of wing shooting. In that case I'd rather pay someone else to do it

A lot of fun if you learn some basics. I'm no huge wing shooter, but I usually go on a couple of dove hunts each fall.

I once shot a turkey on the wing, but that's a long story. Involved some crawling on my belly and one surprised bird.
