Here's my latest one.

It's a small all purpose knife made from 1.2842 (O-2). The micarta scales are ground quite thin but it's nervertheless very comfortable to handle.

I will take this to a knife show here in Germany and hope that I'll find a new owner for it there. My knifemaking money is running low again lately ;).

I will supply some specs later on.

Looking forward to your comments.

Very Nice! Any EDC blade that has a place to put your thumb or fore-finger gets a plus in my book. Nice and clean looking.

Thanks a lot guys :).

I totally forgot to mention that the tang is tapered. With a little practise tapering tang seems to be much easier than I imagined beforehand.

The only problem I have right now, is to drill straight holes through both handle slabs. But I think that one day I'll master that as well :D.

I finally made a sheath for the knife.

And to keep with the slender and thin topic of the knife I made the sheath as thin as possible (2 cm at the the thickest point).

I hope you like it :).

Oh yeah, I like it! I like everything you make. Way to go, and thanks for reminding me of this sweet little knife.

That's a really nice little package.
I like that particular style sheath. I use lots of 'em for a particular hunter I make. I don't know how you're making them, but I've been sewing in a shim of leather (maybe 3/32 inch thick) into the seam. The reason is that some guys sharpen the heck out of these thin knives and push them into the sheaths tight so they don't fallout. Without a leather block sandwiched in there, the wicked little blade eventually goes right into your threads and the sheath pops open.
Just a thought for this style set up.
Again, really nice combo. Good luck!
