Here are two from John Perry's table at the recent Arkansas Knifemakers Association show in Little Rock.
The fighter style knife has really nice lines, a beautiful sculpted handle, interesting guard and several nice touches that make it a stand out in my eyes.
The folding hunter is a good-sized, super clean, no-nonsense knife appropriate for outdoor use, often with a gloved hand. Blade is 3 1/4 in., handle is 4 1/2 in. making it 7 3/4 in. overall and with the same feel as a stout straight blade. The blade style on this knife is true to purpose, and the back-spring is stiff. I've found it best to use two hands for opening and closing this knife. It's a serious tool. Keeping the weight down in a knife of this size was accomplished with a titanium frame and carbon fiber scales. It weighs only 4 oz. - perfect for belt carry in a slim flap style sheath. It's also very handsome, beautiful to look at. It strikes me as as a knife that absolutely nails the standard for its class.
