These were EDC for me, 15-20 years ago; first one, and then the other when the first wouldn't stay sheathed in my pocket.
Both take a #4 fitment scalpel blade.
The design must have been patented, but there isn't a maker's mark of any sort on them.
That's part of the puzzle: why aren't there any indications of maker, or patent information?
Perhaps they were hand-outs by detail-men to surgeons, etc., like the Christie knife.
