hi all,

seems I became a bit lazy- my last topic was in april...:(

time for some pictures of an ´art nouveau´ inspired knife,

it was an order and sold at my last show.

Gerhard absolutely fantastic.
You did it again and made another outstanding knife. I love the lines on the back of the blade continued in the handle. You have done a brilliant job.

Truly impressive in all aspects. The carving flows beautifully and the stippled steel and bronze fitting adds a lot of interest while somehow still pulling it all together. Thanks for letting us see this.
 
Your knives are fantastic.......all of them. This one is no exception. The slim profile is so elegant and you added to that with the carving of the handle, which is perfect for this knife.
 
I have to ask, what is your secret to growing knives? Most forge, or stock remove, but yours are so organic.
 
When you post your work, all I can do is shake my head in amazement and admiration. Beautiful, man, beautiful. :)
