Good. Now get to work capturing the bullet in the air.

Hint: you will need a flash and a special electronic trigger.

That is an interesting M16. Three pronged flash supressor and furniture like the Vietnam era M16A1,(?) but the receiver fitted with a bolt assist like the later versions.

Has it been assembled from different model parts? Any history?
Just curious.

Looks like a fun day, BTW.

Tried any exploding targets? (such as @ tannerite.com or I hear you can make your own) Just curious...My friend had one and it was quite loud and more powerful than I figured you could legally buy...

no but if you hit a live 12g in the right spot itll make a noise.

i like shooting at THICK metal plinkers, you can hear the rounds thud after the BOOM.

Great pics, but where is the eye protection?

Thanks for sharing. What is the secret to catching the brass on film? How do you time that?

Thanks.

3-2-1-0 0 being fire for both the gun and the camera.

there are other ways too...for example you could rapid fire the gun while someone takes multiple shots...you are sure to get at least one with the brass firing

You managed to get a permit for 2 handguns in Toronto, and fire them in your back garden?

now now settle down...that was an approved range...and you didn't point out the 33 round mag on the prohib gun?? shame shame...ahh well...it was pinned to 10 and the 12(X) owner was nearby anyway...

You would use a fast shutter speed to capture the brass like that. Timing just takes practice.

waste of ammo and pictures.

make every shot count, just blowing rounds down range is not acchieving nothing. ive been there and done that, wasted alot of money and alot of time.
