Slingshots

There's a slingshot thread on the Wilderness and Survival forum, but I thought the resources here might be appropriate.

I've got an old Hank Roberts Magnum (called by a childhood friend as a "wrist rocket") that needs new tubing and the little plastic thingies that go on the ends of the "Y" (I'm not familiar with slingshot lingo). Does Hank Roberts (the company) still exist? Or can I use another makers bands/thingies?

I have a couple of those old "Roberts Rockets" along with a whole big selection of others. Yes you can get replacement bands that do fit usuially, other wise you can make your own pouches, and then use the tubing and mount it that way.
