All,

In past threads I've seen some nice belt-carry solutions for slippies. However, I have a heck of a time trying to find them using the forum search function.

Would folks mind posting belt sheaths/pouches they use (not pocket slips)?

Case makes a nice horizontal, but there is only one size. Also the clip slips I have work on a belt.

Here's a couple:

While this pic shows the sheath with a Leatherman the pattern is easily adaptable to any folder just by changing the interior stitch lines.

Another idea:

Google "Slipjoint Belt Sheaths" then click on Images and you will have all the pics you need.

Please remember that the title of the thread is "SLIPJOINT belt sheath"

Ye sir it is. Just the blood knot at the bottom holding the two halves together.

That's an idea that I've not considered before , very interesting

I don't carry a Traditional much anymore , but here are a couple of old pics of the two that have been carried the most . These pics were from when they were new , they don't look as pristine now .

Thanks. As mentioned that pattern can be modified for a slippie simply by adjusting the width of the interior stitch lines. I've made quite a few for Moore Maker trappers and Case trappers, just don't have any pics.

Dave ,

Do you have any pics of your pocket clip sheaths ?
I remember seeing you post something , but I'm not sure if it was for a folder or fixed blade .
I've become a fan of the pocket clip sheath clipped IWB , you get all the benefits of a belt sheath , but it adds other options of carry if required .

Here's a belt and sheath combination I had built by Jeff Feil in Texas. The knife is a
Monster Lanny's Clip done by Pepe Jalomo. beautiful work all the way around...
