Help! I just got a Schatt & Morgan Stockman in ATS 34, it is one sweeeeettt knife. It is a 99 vintage so as soon as I got it I started to clean it up with the Flitz. Everything is cool except the part of the blade that snaps into the spine has black gunk on it. On most knives the Flitz takes care of this but as this is an older knife the mixture of oil and netal particles (?) has dried on. Anybody know of a way to remove this???? thanks

WD 40 to the rescue!!!!!! That or kerosene. Either
one will do the trick. Just take your time and work it out.

GunScrubber works very well in getting the metal down to a clean, bare surface.
