Since quite many of this forum's writers have shown to like slipjoints I have decided to give this type of knife a new chance, as much as I like lockbacks. My favorites of those that can be had at short notice are:

Enzo PK 70, scandi grind, g-10 handle with bolsters. Anything with a clip is out. I have taken the habit of removing clips of almost every knife I own, I find them uncomfortable when holding the knife.
Laguiole with olive tree handle, the slimmest of my choises and might be too fragile for serious work.
Queen Cutlery gunstock. I don't usually like two-blade knifes (an exception is SAK), but this one looks quite nice. Queen cutlery has a repution of sending their knives less than sharp, so I have read and that might be a big minus.
Case Cutlery sway back Jack, another two-blade.
Case back pocket folder.

These are the ones that I have narrowed my choise right now. Of course I am open to suggestions. My favorite so far is Enzo because of the half-stop, overall sturdy construction and last but not least a scandi blade. Also it is legal to carry in GB and other European countries (not where I live, police and law take a dim view of carrying any knife in public except if you are a construction worker and need a knife in your work).

Because of the forum rules I might be forbidden to mention the shop where I usually buy, lets just say it is a Finnish web shop...

I picked up an Enzo PK70 about a month ago. Curly birch covers and scandi grind blade. To me the best design of a folding puukko I have yet to see. And its a slipjoint. What a fantastic knife.

Check out Great Eastern Cutlery if you can. My vote goes to the Sway Back Jack..... only because I've been eyeing one in CV.

The Case back pocket is the largest of these. After the Enzo it is the second on my list. I would like to hear what you well informed people think about it.
