slipjoint half-stops: how to tell before buying online?

I just got a Boker 5464 Congress that has nice snappy half-stops on all the blades, which I like. Do certain SJ patterns usually have half-stops, or is it specific to the knife and manufacturer? Is there any way to tell before buying a knife sight unseen? I'm particularly interested in the Queen Congress and the Case Large CV Stockman. Do these have half-stops?

The Case CV Stockman does not, here is a list of current Case knives by pattern number that have half-stops. It was given to me just this morning by someone working at Case in the Case Collector's Club forum.

009 - Barlow
07 - Mini Trapper
15 - Gunstock
25 1/2 - Small Swell Center Jack
40 - Large DodLeg Jack
43 - Grand Daddy Barlow
49 - Copperhead
050 - Large Swell Center Jack
052 - Congress
68 - Small Congress
88 - Large Congress
100 - Large Saddlehorn
110 - Small Saddlehorn

Hope this helps.

Queen Congress has half stops. The Queen Stockman doesn't. I don't think the Case stockman has half stops either. I'll have to go check, but I am pretty sure it doesn't.

Not quite trad, but it is a slippie. The Lonewolf Loveless City Knife has wild half stops.

Just a quick question about the list, is Case making a 009, regular sized barlow these days? I'd be interested if they are.

Not sure, I don't think they are,the actual quote was "patterns since 1989", so some may not be in the current line up.

Sorry for the confusion.
