Just by chance, I happened on a little secon-hand store that had a hand-written sign in the window: "Pocket Knives". Of course I went in, and there before me was the damndest collection of traditionals I've ever seen! A Case collector would litterally go crazy in there, plus there were several beautiful and unusual Bulldog, Fightin Rooster, German Eye, H&R, etc...many I've never heard of. Several were presented in complete collections in hardwood displays. The old man (owner) constantly urged me to just make an offer on anything I seen, as business was terrible and he could hardly pay the light bill. He's only been open for a couple of months, doesn't have a computer and doesn't advertise. But seriously, if you're a Case collector: heaven on Earth. I live in a welfare county in SE Ohio and the people here just don't have disposable income, unfortunately for the owner. Sorry for the rant, but I just had to tell someone. Any serious collectors in the W. Va., Ky., Ohio area can e-mail me for info. No $ benefit for me, but I'd hate to see him go belly-up.
