Hey all,
I picked up a nice pruner from an antique shop and I love it. When I bought it, there were just a couple issues with her: she was slightly off center (no big deal) and she had lots of side-to-side bladeplay. Well...I tried to fix this issue by tapping the pivot pin and now, I have made things worse...
The blade is now off center more and, when you close it, it lands on the pile side liner. It also closes lazily now; it snapped good when I bought it. Most annoying about it though is the fact that the blade play stayed the same...
Any ideas on how to fix it? Honestly, I just want it to stop closing lazily right now, I wish I wouldn't have touched it.
I can get some cell phone pics up, but my god camera isn't working for some reason.
**Update: I got the snap back, but the blade is still touching the liner and has some wobble.
