Slipped bolster

I have a Parker Edwards clip/razor slippie from the late 80's. The front bolster has slipped. It seems that the part of the bolster near the bone handle has risen about an 1/8th of an inch. Is there an easy fix? ( I can't post pics until my chest/shoulder heals.)

Thanks for the move guys...my fault. One more thing the bolster springs back when you press on it. I don't know if that info helps or not.
