Hi,
I have joined BF quite a while ago, but only recently started to take part. The reason is clear - folding knives. For a long time my only knife was small FOX multitool. Then after I entered the world of kitchen knives (what a beautiful and expensive experience
) I decided to get a smaller utility knife and ended up with Spyderco Calypso Jr. and sonn after Dragonly. But the story continues - I just lost the D'fly and decided to look into folding knives more closely. I heard about Chris Reeve's knive before, but did not really look closer. However after some reading above things started to move rapidly. I have decided to get 2 knvies - one larger one in 3.5" for outdoor activities + and one sub 3" as every day EDC.
I first ordered Spyderco Worker and Small Sebenza (arrived few days ago) - I was very curios about the Sebenza and just could not resist the Worker when I saw it online. After playing with them I realsed that the Worker is probably a bit too butt-heavy for me and as much as I love the design it is not quite as practical for me. The Small Sebenza is actually larger than I expected - could as well be my only folding knife, but probably a bit too large and "dominant" for EDC.
For the big knife - Large Sebenza and LionSteel SR-1 Alu should arrive tomorrow - I have high hopes that one of them could be 'the one' for my large folder. Let's see ...
And since I found the small Sebenza, well, a bit too large I could not help but look more closely at Mnandi. At first I considered it to be a little "toy" gentleman's knife, but it did not take much reading to find out that it's fine looks are deceptive. Long story short - I have just ordered one with burl scales.
Just to be clear - I do not plan on keeping all of these sharp fellas - I hope to pick one or two. But still - I did not expect to get in this fast this deep
And just for the completeness one photo of the knives at hand at the moment:

EDIT:
Oh, I completely forgot - I do not really have a question to ask, just wanted to share the excitement
