Slitting Saw ?

In the MSC book page 443, they list a 08271314 ,a slitting saw long reach arbor. Its a Weldon type, what's that mean? Also how does it tighten up? I looking to use this to split liners. any help would be appreciated.

Ricky, The Weldon-type means that the arbor fits into the slitting saw hole and is cinched-up with a fitted washer and screw. They work pretty good. Keep it cool, and it'll last a while if you are doing Ti.
