We have had a leak under the floor in my bathroom. We first noticed it by how water began staining our new hard wood floor which now has to be pulled in spots to be replaced again now that we know the cause of the leak. Trying to find it meant pulling up the tile floor, the ply wood and pulling the shower to finally discover that we bought the house with a shower drain never glued together at the P trap but just fitted and left that way. It had disconnected just enough to allow water to run down the slab. Of course this means my bath room has been torn apart with no floor, no toilet, no shower and for a week so far as we wait for the new shower which of course had to be ordered special since its a weird size!
Now to the point of my thread. I have been sharing the wife's bathroom all week. Its very hard to navigate around in there but I've managed, or so I thought. Today however, I've been informed of my errors and inadequacies while navigating the wife's territory. I've learned something about myself. I'm starting a new recovery group today called "Slobs Anonymous!" Hello, my name is Steve and I am a Slob!
Its been a fair hit so far but so far only with men.
