Shop time has been VERY VERY minimal. Free time in general has been. But I'm getting in little bits here and there.

These are either orders or test blades (trying to get a better handle on the whole hamon/performance thing) for the other blades that are orders.

Just wanted to let you know I am not dead and did not fall off the face of the earth (yet ;) ).

Yes, STeven, that's the new attempt at your dagger on the right :)

I ain't blind yet, Nick, good to hear from you, and it looks sweet. Take your time, you know it will be right, and worth it in the end!

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Nick,

Looking very good. I'd hate to see the number of blades you'd have if you actually had shop time!!!

A really nice series of blades. Quality takes time. Your own work ethic won't allow you to slack, so I am not worried. Thanks for the update!

Coop (Who notices a little Spanish notch on one blade...)

Nick, dont loose heart.....its always going to be a process....

Your knives are awesome and will only get better

keep on Keepin on........(man does that sound 70s or what)

Good to hear from ya, Nick.

Hey, Nick. That second blade from the left; tang's kinda short, ain't it? :)

Well it looks like you haven't forgotten how to find the shop at least my friend. Sometimes that is all you can expect when you are out there grinding away trying to make a living at the mill. The daily grind ain't no fun is it - but just one of those things that has to be done if you are going to get anywhere in the world. Its either that or find a rich gal and let her take care of you. At least you get to sleep in your own bed every night so things could be worse.

Looking good Nick. Take your time and have fun with each one.

:D Glad you are getting some dagger practice in. :D.

Hmmm... which one's mine???

:D Good to see you're still practicing, Nick! Got to admit, we miss ya at the shows! Now, hopefully you'll get back to where it's fun to pound steel again instead of worrying about the sales end...

Happy Hammerin'!
