______________________________________________________^^ A word of safety warning since you said the pack is new: As it is mounted in this pic with the blade edge toward your back, never try to draw that NMSFNO over your shoulder or let anyone else draw it while wearing the pack as it could be very bad . INFI cuts clean and quick when it bites as many of us can attest to and that isn't something you do not want to deal with anywhere, but especially in the great outdoors.

Is it firmly attached?
Wouldn't want some hippie or somesuch walking along to stumble upon that knife and sheath after you lose it.
They wouldn't know what to do with it.
Nice score, I thnink my new nmsfno is going to see some pack time this summer as well.

Not in this picture. I would usually have some para-cord holding the sheath firmly in there.
