Got my knife returned today and could not believe the work done. It looks like a new knife. Needed a couple washers and pivot pin. It came back with the new type perforated washers and pivot bushing. The blade looks completely new and sharpened, along with the scales in perfect condition. Had some scratches from normal wear but not any more. They also put on a new lanyard as I had removed the original. They returned the old parts and included a flash drive with the tour of CRK shop. Thanks goes out to Heather for her assistance. Great Company to deal with.

Glad to hear of your great experience. I have had nothing but the absolute Best service possible when dealing with CRK, thats why I continue to buy more and carry no others. The cool addition of the flashdrive with the CRK shop tour on it is super sweet as well........... Heather is absolutely the best as well. I have dealt with her for several years now and she has been simply amazing with all the help and input she has provided to me.
 
Nice!!! I am currently awaiting a large 21 from their shop, i sent it to get double silver lugs and silver hardware, new washers, and new style stop pin sleeve with the grooves, and a clip insert. Oh and getting it blasted and sharpened for free is nice too! I really like how they email you when they receive the knife too, gives you a nice peace of mind. I should be getting mine in less than a week, i called earlier today.

The Flash Drive is indeed a neat thing to have. My local CRK dealer received a couple from CRK and he gave me one as a good friend.

Check with your favorite dealer or contact CRK for one of your own. Pretty cool little device. :)

Now I can enjoy a "shop tour" whenever I want. :thumbup:
 
Sweet!!! CRK's service is superb imho, the flash drive bonus is awesome as well.

Two days later and not yet carried.
After going over the knife I felt that it was little to stiff opening so proceeded to take it apart. Seemed a little dry to me. Cleaned up all the parts and lightly polished the new perforated washers on my strop. (.50 diamond spray) Checked the thickness of the washers on the blade and compared that measurement to the pivot bushing. The blade with the washers were 0.144 and the pivot bushing was 0.1453. Lubed with Super Lube, which is a synthetic grease with PTFE, and re-assembled. Improved 100% on opening. Finished up by stropping the blade and now it is more than ready to go back into my rotation.
Still very happy with the service from CRK.
