Small 21 problem

I still have a problem with my small 21, When I tighten the pivot all the way, The blade becomes very very hard to open. I keep taking it apart and everything is lined up perfect? I dont understand, I lubed it and still. If someone has a video? Or pictures?!?!?!?! To please help me with this problem I would appreciate it so much... Thanks !!!!!
 
I'd bet you've pinched the washer. Check the instructions in the sticky at the top of the forum and try assembling it with the other two screws tight. It sounds counterintuitive but it works, and you can't pinch a washer that way.

+1, Excellent Advise, That's The Problem For Sure, It's Happened To Me ;););)
 
I think what the problem was I loosened the pivot screw then the stop pin screw, so when i would put the blade back in the handle the stop pin screw was lose and the handle was lose and moving back and forth and was knockin a washer around my guess, So this time after reading the thread on taking apart a sebbie i left every screw tightened and put the blade in, stuck the pivot screw back in, tightened and good to go. AWesome, thanks for the help. New sebbie owner here, slowly learning!

IT sure as hell is, I was very lost on which one to get, the great debate of the Large or Small. I think the small is perfect for EDC, anything bigger and it would be too much. I love mine.
