Small 21 vs small inkosi

Let me preface by saying that I have tried the large 21 and just couldn't like it. I have a large inkosi that I like. I have a small (WC) 21 that I consider okay...but I can't say that I'm satisfied.

So my question is, for those that have handled both, do you prefer the small 21 or small inkosi? I'm inclined to sell my small WC 21, and replace it with with an inlaid or WC small inkosi; but I can't shake the feeling that the small inkosi is just too small.

Thanks, both.
I've long felt that the small inkosi was just too small...but it's probably an itch that won't be scratched until I've tried it. The 21, large or small, just doesn't sit right, for me

I agree on the small inkosi. I know its too small, but I still want it.

I love both, but my preferences are mostly due to having small(ish) hands and small pockets. One thing you might want to consider is that although the scales on the Small Inkosi are shorter than the Small 21, they do feel more stout in the hand. The Inkosi is slightly stockier than the Sebenza, so that might make a difference to you in terms of how it feels.

I have three small 21’s, a regular, a micarta inlaid and a WC. I’ve had two small Inkosi, one I left go and the other small WC will probably be up for sale at some point. The Inkosi looked better to me on paper but I think the small 21 just feels better in hand to me. Different strokes for different folks but I prefer the small 21 all day.
This 21 had a little customization done by the mother ship back when they were doing blade changes, love my 21’s.

I didn’t know they fitted/sold serrated blades

I prefer the small inkosi. I can definitely see how it could be less comfortable for some, but it fits my hand quite well.

I currently have a small 21. But I had a small inkosi a few years ago. I loved it and absolutely pummeled the heck out of it. I made a thread on here about it with pictures. The small inkosi is an absolute beast of a knife that will take anything. I love my small 21 but likes the small inkosi more. And I have xl hands.

They used to, their serrated blades were works of art. The cuts are staggered on both sides. No more blade exchanging for 21’s save for warranty purposes. I have a friend who had a replacement done for a Damascus blade, he got in a couple of weeks before they stopped. Nice that now I have a spare blade/washers & pivot. Also when I had this one done I asked if they will resharpen the serrations they said no problem. (I saved that email!)

I like both. The Inkosi is smoother and the clip doesn't press against the lock bar. It's not a lot smoother just some. Again I have and like them both.

Maybe 50:50. Inkosi win on smoother operation and double stud by default.
Seb21 win on handle size.

the real winner is a small 31.

Have a couple small 21s. They ride in my lounging around the house shorts, except for my small 21 rhino CGG that goes in a leather slip in the bottom of my pocket as a backup to my large for the day. I prefer larges for sure. Got a small Inkosi tanto with black micarta. Fell in love with the CRK tanto blade shape but it's just too small for my hands. Mainly the opening. For the shape of my thumbs it was unpleasant to get my thumb between the grooves and the stud. The 21s groove is a different shape and I don't have the same issue. Now that small is up for sale. (Left handed if you're interested).

Just got my large version of the same configuration in the mail today, and that one's riding shotgun tomorrow for sure. Normally a Sebenza, but haven't been able to carry anything that isn't a CRK since I bought my first one.
