Hey guys. Its come time for me to add another knife to my collection. I already own knives from ESEE, Fallkniven, Spyderco and Kershaw.

I would like to add a Bark River knife now. Looking for the smallest knife they offer. Maybe the next size up depending on the size. The Izula or a little bigger would be the max size I am looking for.

Also if anyone has any other recommendations of other manufacturers knives, I'll glay take a look.

Primary role: EDC

Thanks

I have a mini Canadian & a bravo necker. Both very functional designs.
If you're swayed by looks, the mini Canadian looks better.

They also do a Pocket Bravo and a PSK sized knife. My daily carry is an Essential, which is just about the same overall size as an Izula and very easy to carry with their crossdraw sheath. You might also like their City Knife if you're going to carry it in a pocket. If you want belt carry you'll have to have a sheath made for that one.

The micros series are too small for me as is the PSK. The Little Creek, Mini Canadian and Bravo Necker are a more practical size yet can still fit nicely in a pocket and are all in my small fixed blade rotation. A little longer are the Bravo Necker 2 and the North Star EDC, which is one of my favorites.

You mentioned you had some Fallkniven, so here is a Bravo Necker next to a WM1 for size comparison.

The Mini and Mikro Canadian knives are tiny, but still very cool. If you want something smaller than an Izula, then take a look at those.

BRK Essential EDC CPM M4 (63-64RC - 2.7" x 0.141"). Better without the bolsters and save 1.1 ounces in weight! Lots of choices in handle materials. Here are a few pictures of mine (Without Bolsters, Desert Ironwood, Red Liner, Mosaic Pins, BRK Bushcraft D Sheath):

The Little Creek is an amazing knife. Not sure where it hits on their overall size but it has to be close to one of the smallest ones.

Both of mine are bolsterless. That made all the difference for me. I had a bolstered Essential from the first run Mike did but just couldn't warm up to the weight and the... "glitz". Adding the bolsterless model made this one my everyday FB in place of my Northstar EDC. I liked it enough to get a stag handled Essential w/o bolsters for Sunday-go-to-meetin' suit pocket carry. Fits nicely in an Adirondack sheath with either a Stylus Pro or a small plain Sebenza in the other pocket.

I think a really good, small Bark River is the Bravo Necker 2.

Here's some pics of mine. It has the red micarta handles.
I've baton'd wood with it and sharpened it a bit, and I've very pleased with the 3V and this small knife.
(obligatory cel phone pic quality apology)

Don't forget the Bravo Micro. Here's two of them with a Bravo Necker II for size reference. Both of these are 1st run and for sale.
