Small belt pouch for minimag, leatherman, etc

When camping I have a few items that I like to keep at my finger tips. 2-AA Minimag, Leatherman PST, pen, lighter, match safe and a vial of iodine tablets. This is not my survival kit, these are just things I find I use all the time.

So I'm looking for a pouch to hold this stuff on my belt. Right now I have an eagle creek pouch but its too big and the things rattle around in a disorganized mess. I need a pouch that will keep this things securely in place (maybe in separate compartments). I have found a pouch by Nite Ize that looks nice and I'm checking to see if there are any other good options.

Brothers & Sisters of the Out of Doors,
Josh,

Would you be so kind as to post the site where others can find Nite Ize?

Hi,
I have a Jansport belt pouch for this sort of thing-but it's no linger made. Brigade Quartermaster sells several small pouches by the name "Liberty Puch" which should work for you.

I found a Nite eyes pouch at Walmart, and have sisce seen them at
Galyans. Hope this helps.

Here is the site for Nite-Ize. http://www.niteize.com/catalog/catfs0.htm
I wear a Nite-Ize Pock-Its daily and would recomend it to anyone. I carry a AA mag light, Leatherman supertool, and Diamond sharpening rod. A Leatherman crunch, lighter, and some paracord go in the back pocket. You can carry a lot of stuff in these things and they are very durable. I have been using mine for about a year and have no damage other than light scuffing. I have a couple more that I am putting on some knife sheaths. I just got one of the Wireless pockets and can ad some more little goodies other than the phone.

The one problem I have with the Pock-Its is that the back pocket has no closure. Everything is held in by gravity. I just stuff it so nothing moves around.

Hi Josh,

I don't have used the larger Nite-Ize but we have the smaller mini Nite-Ize pockets that supposedly will hold an AA Maglite and pockettool.

I got a few (3) combo packages for our Scouting group, the mini Nite-Ize pocket together with their headband to hold an AA sized flashlight and also a glasfiber "lightrod".

This mini Nite-Ize pocket is uterly useless because when I put in an AA minimag and my Swisstool I have to take the Nite-Ize from my belt in order to get the swisstool out and putting it back in also demand s that you first take out the MiniMag.

I just wish I had gotten the larger Nite-Ize pocket as it probably will hold the Swisstool and MiniMag with some spare space left.

If you're going to buy something just take the stuff you want to carry with you to the shop and TRY if it fits before buying.

Best scouting wishes from Holland,

Bagheera

Thanks for the input guys. One of the Liberty Pouches also looks nice. I guess I'll have to find a store and try them out.

Lance, I found the Nite Ize at Knifecenter (www.knifecenter.com) for about $20
