small Case fixed blade question

Hello-I'm new to the forum but a long time (50 years+) knife guy. I saw a small leather handled Case fixed blade knife at the flea market. I didn't take a photo but it was probably only 6 inches long. Is this a rare item? it was in the original sheath.

Case still makes a variety of fixed blade knives. Without pics and perhaps a Closeup of the tang stamp,it would be hard to judge the rarity of what you saw.
