I recently picked up a brand new small Carbon Fiber Sebenza, and just noticed that it doesn't have any "Idaho Made" engraving. I've only had it for a couple weeks, but the birthdate is February 2012. At what point did they add/remove the engraving? The photos on the dealer site show the engraving present.

I have a 2011 that has the stamp, I believe it was late that year that they started doing it.

Would be interested in pics as well I want a cf sebenza bad but can't find in lefty

Photo of slabs next to birth cert? I just put the thing back together after removing the lanyard. I don't want to take it apart again. Was a bit of a pain to get the tension correct, it's not broken in at all.

What tension? The blade action is unaffected by the amount of torque on the pivot, if thats what you're referring to. I've always found my small Sebenzas to go together very easily.
My CF small Insingo 2013 does have the "Idaho Made" stamp. Where did you buy the knife?

We're you washers perforated? Are you sure you didn't pinch a washer? I've cranked the crap out of mine brand new without havin to set the tension. I just tighten it enough that the screw doesn't back out.

It seemed like the stop pin screw had a huge affect on the tension of the blade. Not so much with the pivot screw.

It's a KnifeArt exclusive, bought it from them.

I don't believe the washers were perforated, but i didn't really pay attention. Washer is definitely not pinched. I was careful and double checked, after following CRK's reassembly instructions.

It looks just like a small sebenza without "Idaho Made", lol. If someone will host it for me, I'll try a pic.
