That looks fantastic, John! I wish I could swing for one right now. I think my wife would really enjoy that one; I know I would!
 
I remember wanting one of those. I know that I'll need one.
 
Use mine in the kitchen all the time - chopped an onion for salad most recently.

Can you post the height of blade specs as well? Do you ever use white/bone Linen Micarta?

It's made from 2" tall stock, so just under 2". I have used bone linen micarta, but it's more costly than normal micarta.
 
We use ours a LOT! Great for splitting Acorn Squash as well as fine dicing.

I have enough material for one more of these, probably won't be ordering it again.
