Small Classic

Just got my first small classic sebenza from Kevin at 1SKS. Wanted to play with it but my wife's home today. Now she's asking How much? I said "You don't want to know", She said "Over One Hundred"? I said yes and retreated to the basement. The UPS guys timing sucks. Oh well when things calm down. I'll take it out and druel a little. Thanks Kevin This too shall pass.

The smoke has cleared. No dead, no wounded. Perhaps a little PTSD. The battles over, but the war continues. Took the little Classic out for a walk ( without the leash). The rope seems to say "I'm a real expensive blade, steal me". Haven't cut anything with it yet.

Congrats on your new Seb.
I just rec'd my first CR product, a small classic Seb, earlier this week. I'm not sure what I was happier about, rec'ing my first Seb or the fact the Supreme Commander was not home when it arrived. I think I will hide it for a while so when she she asks I can say it is not "new".
BTW, I ordered the cordura pouch for it. Can any one tell me if it is a velcro or snap close type. Cannot tell from the photo.

The CRK sheathes have a snap.

Anyone ever explain why we spend so much on so little?

I understand, but how can you point out that a small wood damascus sebi cost about $700 to a person and expect anything but a look of amazement and horror?

I tried showing the features and all I got was, "how much? How much? Eh? Your lying to me!"

I just picked up a Small Classic sebenza and it was easy! My local dealer is just about 5 miles away and I simply waited until my wife was gone!
BTW, I love the small classic. I used to have a small regular that I sold last year. At the time I thought that I wanted something else and have missed the Sebenza ever since.
