Small early style trade hawk

Hi hawkys,
Heres a small trade hawk i finnished .
Made from mild steel body with w1 forged in for the cutting edge
a little engraving ,copper wrap and jingle cones , horse hair , feathers .deer
snake skin wrap .brass tacks , leather ,beads , bells .thanks fellers .

Again great looking work. The only thing I dont like is the beads around the top of the head.
I think it takes away from the Beautiful head you made .

That´s a cool hawk... I think I would never use such one. I´ll gonna hang it on the wall, but never use it in the woods or at any other time... workers are others, but beauties are beauties...

beautiful work Sir! I would love to learn to engrave like that but I have arthritis too bad in my hands. I will live through you talented folks here!
