Here's a new one in D-2 58-60 Rc.
Blue / black scalloped G-10 slabs
Milled slot on spine
Convex edge.
8 1/2" overall length 1 1/2" X 3/16" stock.

Jason that's a cool knife!

Do you grind these on a traditional grinder? (bader, KMG etc.) or use a milling machine? like a fly cutter, end mill or something for part of it?

Either way it looks all business....
 
The hollow grinds are done on the Bader with a 10" wheel, the groove is milled with a ball endmill. I do the scalloped handles freehand with a small wheel attachment.
I'm afraid I have become addicted to the scalloped handles.:D
