Upgrading everything, bought a long chefs knife, bought a custom hunter here, thanks 1984nitro. Next will be smallish fixed blade. Primarily to fillet dove, duck & goose breast, functional as well as nice to look at. I am currently using a long fillet knife, but it is unwieldy and unattractive.
So, does this exist commonly? Need to be commissioned?
