small fixed blade for KSF pocket sheath

I'm trying to work up a list of small, pocket-sized fixed blades that will fit a KSF Adirondack sheath. I used to have a Mini Canadian and a Landi PSK that fit, but I traded them off because they were not pointy enough for my edc purposes.

So far I am considering:

Bark River Pro Scalpel
Blind Horse Frontier First Patch knife

I'd welcome any additions and/or comments.

Bark River Micro Drop Point fits perfectly in the Pocono pocket sheath (and is a great design. Carried it over the weekend on a camping trip.) I think that model of sheath is just a little smaller than the one you're looking at...

I have one of the small Blind Horse knives. I ordered the KSF pocket sheath specifically for it. I should have the sheath some time this week.

I'd suggest the following based on my personal usage. I've fallen in love with bark river small fixed blades:

Bravo Necker (customize to your personal tastes. fits the sheath perfectly and feels great in hand)
Little Creek (great handle to blade ratio. very classy looking. more catered to fine tasks)
Mikro Drop Point (really unique and cool. very comfortable in hand.)

Can't go wrong. But If I could have one It'd be the Necker.

I carry a Pro Scalpel 2 in mine. It is just a little bigger than the Original Pro Scalpel.

I have a Snody Bailout in one that fits it VERY well. It would also fit a Spyderco Street Beat as well.

The Bravo Necker with scales fits perfect :)

SoLo took the words out of my mouth. I think the Bravo Necker is a great fit once you put the scales on. Throw a flashlight in the bigger pouch, and you've got a really good carry-package.

Below is a BRK&T 'Journeyman' and a Buck Custom Shop 110 for scale, along with a Surefire E2DL with an E1b's pb switch so it would fit the KSF sheath:

Below you'll see them stowed:

The BRK&T Huntsman falls in, too - the T.U.S.K. will fit, as well, with care.

Thanks - good to know that the Bravo Necker and Pro Scalpel II both fit.

I looked at the micro drop point and like it, but in most pictures it does not look like the tip is pointy enough. Maybe it's just the photography?

Keep 'em coming!

The Izula looks like it would fit good in there too.

Actually, it really doesn't. Or, not well anyways. The handle is too wide on the Izula for it to fit in the "knife pouch" on the sheath. It'll fit in the larger pouch, but it's not a great fit.

ETA: I should add, that's my memory on the matter. I don't have a pocket sheath on hand anymore to try it out. SoLo might be able to chime in and tell us, though. I know he's got an Izula.

The angle of the camera. It's got a nice pointy point to it in person.

Izula fits pretty good in the knife pouch for me but It took about 2 weeks of carrying, drawing, resheathing, and sitting on it to fit easily. I can shake it upside down and it wont fall out, but it's still easy to remove the Izula while the sheath is in my back pocket.

Neat. It's worth mentioning that you have the newer version of the pocket sheath than I did. Mine was from the first run they (Sharpshooter) ever did of the Adirondack sheath. It's actually the one SoLo has now. They might be sized or shaped a bit differently now than they were 3-4 years ago. Or, like I said in my previous post, I might be remembering wrong... that happens (ask my wife).

How about the Kravitt & Coombs knife fron Treestump Leather? Very pointy little edc, I have one and like it a lot.

Here's my collection. I use them all in the KSF pocket sheaths. It's such a great EDC solution.

Top to bottom: Necker, Mikro Drop Point, Lil Creek, PSK, Mikro Canadian II.

Attached is my new favorite method of carry. The KSF City Sheath. I can keep four credit cards, a $10, and a knife all on me at once. Less is more.
