small fixed blade

hi guys im after a small fixed blade knife for utility needs want it to be concealable, have a kydex sheath, under 7inches overall length and not cost more than $50.
i currently carry either a sak08, victorinox deluxe tinker, buck 286 and leatherman mut but want something with a fixed blade now.

I would look to ESEE or Kabar/Becker neck knives. I use a BK-24 from time to time which is basically a BK-14 with D2 steel. I certainly recommend either a cord wrap, or handles be mounted. Another one that appeals to me is the Blackjack neck knife with optional handles of course. I am probably going to buy one of these.
