Small fly screw problem

I have a spyderco smallfly and I want to change the pocket clip to the safe handle. The problem is that the screw holding the clip in won't come out. It's just spinning in place and doesn't seem to be getting any looser. Anybody know what could be done to fix this? Or am I going to have to cut the screw out?
 
The Smallfly clip screw has a head on each side of the handle. Are you using two Torx drivers? Are they the proper size (T-9)?
 
I got it fixed! It was a collar screw, I did like the deacon said and grabbed another torx driver from the workshop. Fixed it right up!
