Small Fly Sebenza

I just received a 1999 "Fly" small Sebenza along with a matching G2 sheath (nice job Gary), it already has a few minor character marks so right into the rotation it goes.
Question, since this is a Fly and not a Pheasant Tail, is it considered a unique graphic?

Looks almost exactly like the 'Pheasant Tail' graphic to me. Perhaps the one they based it on-the PT graphic didn't go into production til after 2002-03 I think.
