Small Hatchet-Big Pic Identification inquiry.

humm! surely someone here knows. i like it but believe that i would remove the paint. thats just me though.

It's 12 inches. I'll strip the paint off the next time the handle gets broke or I should just send it off to ebay. I have two KOA hatchets on the way and my GB Wildlife arrived today so I'm not sure I need this vintage one now.
