Thanks Peter! now all my Reeve folders match together.

Thanks sticf! your carbon fiber Umnumzaan looks very classy BTW. Barry does 1st class work too.

I have a question... I really like the look of those scales but does it change the characteristics of the knife? I am guessing that the material is micarta and there is no way that it is as rigid as original scale in my opinion. I just wonder about opening smoothness and side to side play, etc. By no means is this a bash because I think these look fantastic, just wondering how they compare to the original. Also wondering where you got them and if I am not being to rude, what did they cost?

Those look very nice. I'm usually not a fan of replacement scales on CRK knives, but these I like.

Honestly Red, I haven't noticed much of a difference in these knives from their factory condition. Still smooth, centered and solid. Peter R's work has fantastic tolerances and G10 is really tough stuff.

I'm sure the original titanium scales have a edge over them in the durability department but so far no problems.:)

Thanks for the complement Rick!

I really like 'em this way, lighter and much prettier:-)

That blue/green looks great. They all do but I prefer that one.
The only thing I do not like about the Umnumnzaan is the other side still has that checkered look.

Yeah... I didn't care for those checkers much off the start but I got used to them after awhile, they do make for a nice grippy hold.
