Folded, it doesn't print in your pocket - heck, it doesn't look like a knife in plain sight. Opened, it's up to anything a 2" blade is good for. You can fit one in Doug Ritter's pocket survival kit. I like it so much, I have 2 of 'em. Too bad Russell no longer makes the inexpensive aluminum/AUS8 version
