I was wondering what happened to knives like these

My uncle gave me a couple of knives like this a while back. I really like them but I couldn't find out much about them on Google. Thanks for any answers.

I used to have a knife just like this as a kid and I loved it.
I lost it long ago and wish I still had it, but Im betting it's not as good as I remember so I'd never get a new one from eBay or anything.
If I remember right I traded a friend for it.

That is a really cool looking knife. I’d carry one like that, the Kershaw Shuffle is a decent small knife.

I didn't trade my friend, but did almost loose one over it.
Unbeknownst to me my other friend wanted the knife first, I guess I made a good deal before he could come up with something to trade and he wasn't happy with me
He got over it about a week later though when his dad let him buy this little $5 auto at the flea market.
He then had something I was willing to trade this knife for , but of course he was no longer interested.
