Just yesterday, I had a discussion with John Greco about the small Rambo's.
According to John: The small Rambo's were a Lile/Greco collaboration. Jimmy made the basic knife and sent it to John who finished the handles, coated them etc. John said 10 were stamped Lile and 10 were stamped Greco.
I suggest you contact John directly to make sure I got the facts straight.
