As in wood, not olive drab!

Non-menacing 2 1/2" blade, "olive branch" handle so it can't be confused with a weapon. We can't all be "tactical."

Steel is the universal 440A, to presumably hold an edge as well as your Henckels kitchen knife, and keep the price down.

DeltaZ is bringing in a bunch of knives in a wide variety of handle options, for people who don't want their knives in ninja-black, or who already own 47 tacticals and want something different.
