Hi, I am new to this forum so please pardon my ignorance!
I am interested in buying a small lockback #2 but just need to know what the fit and finish would be like and how the steel holds up?
I have collected knives for years but the only Camillus knife I own is the USMC folder.

I recieved one of the #2 lockbacks as a gift about five years ago and haven't had any troubles with it. With no sharp edges, it makes a good knife to carry in the back pocket, when you aren't carrying something larger. The steel has held up well for a regular production type stainless. I also have a Craftsman version of the same knife. The #2 gets the nod in fit and finish (slightly thicker spine; mirror polished blade), but both are fine for their intended uses, much better than what is coming out of china in the same size/weight. I often carry the #2 in rotation with a SAK cadet. Hope this helps.
