Small/Mini Reil Burner?

Anyone ever make a Mini Reil. Zoeller has a plan for a side burner, and I'm making one of those, but I thought i would make the Reil type also. I'm using 1/2 black pipe, and a Zoeller flare, though that may lag my current rate of fabrication. Really the only issue is what size of orifice. I'm planing on somewhere in the .025 range, any ideas?

Also, I'm making a coffee can forge. I have the refractory lining built, and I can just use varius propane torches, but I thought why not a 3/8" reil? Anyone do one of those?

I've made a couple...Larry (Zoeller) is a real good guy and very helpfull, you can get a welding tip from him for the jet along with Koa Wool and ITC-100. He sent me a ITC-100 substitute that works great. I finally broke down and bought his SS flare also. zman59@earthlink.net
