small office folder with best edge retention?

Hi,

I am looking for a discreet, but high quality folder for an office setting that I can place in my pocket, but has GREAT edge retention... a knife that I dont have to worried about sharpening for a long time. I was looking at either the Spyderco
Dragonfly 2 or the Fallkniven U2, or I am open to other suggestions. My budget with about $80.00. This would be for basic office tasks such as box opening, etc.
