Small Regular Sebenza in Sheath

Wow hodo, I think the sheath itself is probably something of a collectors item, do you still have the box as well? I carry my Small Regular in the leather pouch, it keeps it from getting scuffed up. And fits fine in my front pants pocket weither wearing slacks at the office or jeans at home. Just like the commercial said don't leave home without it!! :thumbup:
 
So do you think I should not carry it in that sheath? I have only done it 3 times. I normally would carry it in the leather CRK sheath that another member on the forum wet molded for me. I will add a photo of it in a few minutes. It fits great but sometimes I just don't like to carry it in my pocket so I thought I would try the soft sheath. I also have a custom leather G2 sheath that I have used also.
 
I carry in the leather pouch sometimes, but always the small pouch that goes in your pocket. I don't like the belt sheaths, but that is just me. I clip my Sebenzas sometimes, but will put the inlay versions into the pouch usually to protect the finish. It is just a matter of preference, just use and enjoy them.
 
Pocket clip is the handiest.... I can't imagine reaching into my pocket, pull out the sheath,un snap the sheath, then pull the knife out..... I don't have that kind of patience! Bart
 
I dont have the older style nylon, but I do have the older style leather sheath and use it everyday at work. I have been using a little over 8 years with no problems.
 
It actually feels good to carry my Sebenza again. I bought a Spyderco Delica 4 and a Dragonfly 2 and have been carrying the small Dragonfly 2. I looked in my case the other day and say my Small Regular Sebenza Polished Blade (carry knife) and a Brand new Small Regular Sebenza (stonewash blade / never carried) sitting there and I thought this is one of the best knifes made why am I not carrying it. So on my belt it went.
 
if you don't want that nylon sheath, i'll take it off your hands :p

Mine rides in the leather slip sheath. Would like to find one of the older horizontal leather sheaths.
 
My small sebenza (or any crk) is always in the supplied leather pouch.

im not a fan of clipping knives to pocket.
 
I clip mine inside my waistband. At about 1:00. I can't stand a knife clipped in my pocket. I have done this for close to 20 years and don't even notice it....nor does anyone else, because my belt covers most of the clip.
 
I would love to see some other sleeves/pouches options for pocket carry. Something like a slimmer version of the CRK sheath in black. Mic surprised there aren't more options.
