Thanks to those who answered my questions about the blade shape differences on a Sebenza in a previous thread. A few of you requested I post photos after it was safely in its new home. Below are the requested photos.....enjoy :)

That is a great example of a small regular, it has the "big" jimping on the blade and still has the grooves on the spine of the handle.
If I was going to buy a purely collectible small plain regular Seb that'd be it.

I agree. Haven't seen the bigger jimping a reg before. It must have been one of the last regs before the discontinue.
Nice!

Nice looking knife! I prefer the silver hardware for those knives, yours looks great!

This one was so close to going in my pocket congrats on a wonderful knife!

I had a large regular with the same type of jimping. Great pics, congrats.

Yea....I'm wondering if it was done on the larger version too? I don't recall ever seeing it on the large regular.

Yes, it was. This is one from March 2004. I can't comment on whether or not CRK tried this on the Classic style Sebenza's. I've only seen the larger jimping on the Regular styles from this brief time period.

Dallas--very nice! There is something about that jimping on these that speaks to me!
