Just got another one of my Small Regular Sebs back from the spa, got another double lugged swedge treatment, this time I went blue instead of silver.

I absolutely love me some Small Regulars with swedges and double lugs.

Also recently I took the clip off and decided I liked the way a clipless knife felt and worked.

Got a cheap WH style sheath off of ebay (3 bux) and found I like to use a leather sheath, unfortunately the leather sheath only lasted 3 weeks at my job so I contacted Paul Long and the rest is history.

For anyone that is looking for a leather sheath I HIGHLY recommend you contact Paul Long, he is VERY fast and a great guy to do business with! I contacted him and talked to him about what I wanted, and 24 hours later it was made and the next day it was in the mail. Very high quality! Feels great in the jeans, unfortunately I don't have any pics of in jeans yet, but I will get some and post them up as soon as I do.

And to the pics!

I like the small regular with double lugs. I had one awhile back and traded it. I hope to get another someday. For quite awhile I was without a small sebenza. Picked one up not long ago, a small regular meteor shower. Next time I send something to CRK, its going in for double lugs. The swedge looks cool too, but just isn't for me.

The only problem with the swedge is that it's kind of sharp, and could be considered an edge and classify it as a double edged weapon, which is illegal in some municipalities.

It's actually quite dull, if you look closely you can see where the two grinds don't meet, there is a little butter knife edge left.

I can press and rub my finger across it and it doesn't do a thing.

I find the swedge to be VERY handy in scraping and very light prying tasks.

Plus ND doesn't look down upon double-edged knives either, luckily...

Went to a graduation the Saturday and decided that the sheath looked classy enough for khakis....

The sheath fits reallll nice in jeans and my Seb slides in fairly easily, it's engineered well.
I can even tuck the lanyard in a little bit and you can't even tell there's a knife there.

And in quick instances I can slide the Seb in fully opened.

Ty, fully opened insertion into that sheath is NOT a good practice. There is no welt in that sheath by design.

Paul,

Thanks for the heads up. I've only done it once in a pinch, I will def. not do it anymore, would hate to wreck such a nice sheath. I just figured since it was sharkskin that it could take it.
